Attorney Xu will be presenting on the updates and changes to immigration laws and regulations that affect CNMI businesses and employers, including answering the questions, what might businesses and employers want to do in order to better prepare for these changes. Mr. Xu will also discuss other employment based visas and options that employers may consider besides the H2B, CW, and EAD (humanitarian parole).
Nelson Xu is a partner in the law firm of Baumann, Kondas & Xu, LLC. Xu became a partner in 2010 after working as an associate with L.A. Baumann & associates for five years. Xu specializes in business visas and family immigration.
