    The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) NMI Chapter is pleased to announce its May general membership meeting on the topic of “Recent Labor Audit Issues” which will be presented by Ms. Dan Wang and Mr. Dean Tenorio of the US Department of Labor.  This lunch meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency Saipan’s Giovanni's on Wednesday, May 27, 2015, from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm.

    This presentation is open to the public and will be an invaluable opportunity for employers and employees to learn some of the common labor issues discovered by the Department of Labor in recent cases and audits.
